On the fourth day of my retirement, I found myself getting sick. The dreaded stuffy head, aches, and all else associated with the common cold, overtook me. I don’t know where I picked it up, but I do have it. Fortunately, Bonnie doesn’t. And while I’m not very active today, she is a trooper and is willing to simply sit with me in the car while we do work on our computers (in the parking lot of Lowes) to handle our email and try to get an understanding of our new web site. But, as they say, this too shall pass. It’s nothing compared to what poor Rebekah S. has been experiencing: please keep her in your prayers. Bonnie and I are just very grateful for the opportunity God has allowed us to have for the next few months as we seek to renew and refresh in the Lord.
